ACHPER NSW runs a wide range of professional learning events for the health and physical education community.
2025 CURRENT OPPORTUNITY:
You’ll need to be:
- An experienced PDHPE teachers ( 4 years + teaching experience)
- Passionate about professional learning and motivated to share your experiences and knowledge
- Dynamic, confident presenter – with previous presentation experience at conferences, school staff meetings or development days
- Available to deliver full-day workshops, or after-school webinars or record on-demand sessions.
Our presenters receive:
- Full training and presenting materials
- Relief time (or payment) to prepare and deliver workshops.

Teachers, do you have ideas, advice, inspiration or stories to share? We’d love to hear from you and welcome guest writers for our blog and newsletters.
Share your ideas with the teaching community. Articles cover any topics relevant to teaching health and physical education. They can be based on new ideas or innovation, day-to-day practice, research or personal stories/experiences. Check out our blog.
Articles need to be:
- around 500-700 words
- original and preferably unpublished
- backed by evidence (where applicable)
- well-written – we can assist with editing.
